Descriptions

This machine is a double-press type; it continually and automatically tablet press granular raw materials into round tablet, irregular tablet and carved tablet etc. It is mainly used in pharmaceutical industry and also the chemical, food, electronic industry and so on.

Scope of application

- Pharmaceutical: Chinese tablets, Western medicine, plain films, chewable tablet, calcium tablet, buccal tablet, propolis tablet (bee propolis tablet), spiraling tablet, effervescent tablet-pioneer, camphor ball etc.
- Foodstuff: candy pieces, flake coffee, chicken essence chunk, seasoning chunk, glucose tablet, milk powder candy etc,.
- Agriculture: wafer feed, fertilizer chunk, animal food etc.
- Chemical: bleaching powder, ceramic powder, powder metallurgy, magnetic materials, antiseptic, powdered carbon molecular sieve etc.
- Electronic: carbon brush, button cell, electronic component etc.

Features

- The outside part of the machine is full-enclosed; the material of the outside and the inside is stainless steel. The turntable surface is specially disposed to keep it luster and prevent from being polluted, meeting the GMP requirement.
- It has transparent windows so that press condition can be observed clearly and the window can be opened, that it is easier for cleaning and maintaining. The lay-out of all the controllers and the operate parts is reasonable.
- The frequency-conversion speed regulation device is provided to perform speed regulation electrically, so as to keep the machine clean. Reasonable design of hydraulic system can ensure the stability of hydraulic system.
- It is equipped with the overload protection device, when the pressure overloads, the performance of machine shut down automatically.
- The machine is equipped with the electromagnetic braking motor and other safety protection devices, which can be adjusted and operated when the machine runs.
- All the drive devices are located inside the machine so keep the machine clean.
- Be the leader in trying to use semi-automatic lubrication device and the top of rotary table is equipped organic glass dust prevention device.
- Transmission system is sealed on the main tank below, it's a safe separation of independent components, also has heat output and wearable.
